How to Send Emails from Outlook Using Your Custom Email Address
Setup Outlook to send emails from your custom email alias. Easy setup, takes 2 minutes.

What this does
This lets you send emails from Outlook using your own email address (like you@yourdomain.com).
Step 1: Open Account Settings
Open Outlook
Go to File
Click Add Account
Step 2: Enter Your Email
Type your email address
Click Connect
If Outlook asks to set things up manually, choose that option.
Step 3: Choose Manual Setup
Select IMAP (recommended)
Step 4: Enter Incoming Mail Settings
Fill in:
Server: your email provider’s incoming server
Port: usually 993
Encryption: SSL/TLS
(If you’re unsure, use the details provided with your email account)
Step 5: Enter Outgoing Mail Settings
Fill in:
SMTP Server: smtp.noketa.io
Port: 587
Encryption: TLS
Username: your email address
Password: your email password
Make sure authentication is enabled if asked.
Step 6: Finish Setup
Click Next
Wait for Outlook to verify settings
Click Done
Step 7: Send a Test Email
Click New Email
Send a message to yourself
If everything is correct, the email will send normally.
Common Issues
Incorrect password → re-enter carefully
Wrong server → check it says smtp.noketa.io
Wrong port → must be 587
Setup fails → go back and check all fields
